Bloom Day

One Saturday.
Your plant. Your numbers.

We come to you. The morning teaches the Bloom System to your leadership and your frontline leaders. The afternoon is your own floor: run the audit, find the one change upstream of most of your flags, and leave with a ninety-day commitment and a single number to watch.

A decision, not a binder — and something to do on Monday morning.

1 day
One Saturday, at your site
1 move
Not a list — the change that releases the most
90 days
A commitment, and one number to watch it move

Before anyone audits anything

Five questions.
Ten minutes of your own numbers.

A self-check to see whether yours is the plant where a Bloom Day pays back inside two quarters. Nothing is sent anywhere — this scores in your browser and stops there.

01
Can you change something real on the floor this Monday — without a board sign-off or a comp band written in another state? The owner is the practitioner
02
Do you run roughly 50–250 people on essentially one site?Big enough to move the P&L, small enough to act fast
03
Is frontline turnover north of about 25%, or are you carrying steady overtime just to cover open shifts? The margin paid in time — the loan coming due
04
Are you turning away work, quoting long waits, or running below the demand you could actually serve?Demand to absorb recovered capacity — the revenue test
05
Would a more experienced, more stable team measurably cut your errors, rework and reruns?Capability converting straight into margin
Answer the five

Four or five yes is the textbook sweet spot. Two or three is a partial fit. Nought or one means the honest answer is that formation is not your first problem — which is worth knowing too.

What the day looks like

They arrive curious.
They leave with a decision.

Built on their own numbers, not our assertions.

Saturdays · at your site

Tell us where you run.

Saturdays, deliberately, and we come to you. The people this is built for cannot leave the floor on a Tuesday, and should not have to fly anywhere to be taught their own business.

Tell us how many people you carry and where you run. We will send the brochure and what a Saturday would look like on your floor.

What this costs, and what comes after

Through June 2027 there is no fee. The books are not out, the day has not been run enough times to charge for it, and the Institute is still standing up. Early plants get it for nothing because they are helping us prove it works.

Nothing is sold on the day. You will not be handed a proposal at four o'clock.

Paid delivery, when it begins, will not sit inside the Institute. CCI keeps the standard, the instruments and the research and does not bill by the hour — because a body that scores your floor should not also be selling you the remedy. The commercial work belongs in a separate entity, at arm's length and under its own governance.
